Hank Moody Style Guide

How to dress like Hank Moody

Hank has this mysterious darkness with him everywhere he goes and it reflects also in the clothes he wears. Black is definitely his favourite (followed by dark navy blue).

Hank looks as if he didn’t give a damn what he’s wearing but you never see him underdressed. This “I don’t care what others think” accompanied with just enough style is what makes him so… bad. And bad is good. This is Hank Moody Style:

Shirts

Hank wears either a plain t-shirt (black or navy blue) or a dark long sleeved dress shirt (black, navy blue or dark gray). Get Hank Moody’s Calvin Klein Men’s Regular-Fit Stretch Herringbone Dress Shirt or the t-shirt Hanes 4 Oz Nano-T Cool Dri T-Shirt

Jeans

Hank is wearing dark denim straight cut jeans and more often than not they are Levi’s Men’s Big-Tall 559 Relaxed Straight Fit Jean.

Boots

Sometime brown but mostly black. In season 3 of Californication Hank Moody is wearing Timberland Men’s Mt. Washington City Chelsea Boot.

Sunglasses

In season 6 of Californication Hank is wearing a pair of Ray Ban RB8301 002/N5 TECH sunglasses with black shades. In the opening episode of season five of Californication Hank is wearing a pair of Persol 714 sunglasses. These glasses are real classic. You can get these Hank Moody Persol 714 sunglasses on Amazon here: Persol PO0714 24/57 Size 54mm Sunglasses. Hank is wearing the Havana frame/brown glass version but they are also available in black.

Hi, Would you please be able to find out for me what Black framed sunglasses Hank is wearing in Episode 1 of Season 3? It looks as though they also have tinted lenses.
